Enthusiasts in the Northeast area suggested that a motor club be formed to promote motorsports in the Northeast of the country.

The club held its first meeting in Ardee in March 1996. There was an excellent turnout for the meeting and the Northeast Motorsports Club was formed. The club has escalated since 1996 and now has in excess of over 200 members. The club promotes all forms of motorsport from rallying to karting.

We are particularly dedicated to helping the person who wants to get started in motorsport. The club has built up a wealth of experience in all forms of motorsport.
