Manual Patient Handling
Course duration: 1 day - 4 hours
This course is designed for healthcare and frontline workers who need training in safely handling and moving patients in correspondence with the Safety, Health and welfare at Work 2005 and Manual Handling Regulations 1993 & 2007. We offer both courses independently and refresher courses.
This is a 4-hour course that must be successfully completed in both the theory & practical components of the course to receive a Certificate of Competence.

Basic principles of lifting
